About the speaker:
Xin Hui Aw Yong discovered the The BodyTalk System™ in Jan 2018 when she made a full recovery from a chronic hip pain that could not be resolved with various manual therapies. Despite her research background, she was bothered by the lack of solutions or explanations to the health challenges that face many people in current society. This led her to become a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and BodyTalk Access Trainer. With a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology, she enjoys working with athletes for sport performance, injury management/rehabilitation. Additionally, she has an interest in helping anyone struggling with life transition, stagnance in life, stress, anxiety, depression, headaches or chronic health issues.
