BodyTalk for Immune Health (Allergies and Intolerances, Covid-19)
What are Allergies and Intolerances?
Allergies is a condition that happens when the body has an immediate negative reaction of the immune system to one or more substances.
Intolerances are similar to allergies. However, the body has a slower reaction of the immune system, normally observed a few days later.
How does BodyTalk help with Allergies and Intolerances in a holistic way?
Allergies are caused by a complex mixture of chemical imbalances, emotional holdings, belief systems, environmental disturbances and genetic weaknesses. Symptoms include hives, rashes, diarrhoea, sneezing, itching, nausea. Intolerances are often food-related and reactions are delayed, thus making it difficult for the person to realise it is harmful to the body. Symptoms include digestive/auto-immune/skin disorders, headaches, chronic fatigue.
We desensitize the body without elimination diets or reactions. Your body can learn to integrate these substances rather than having to fight against them. The BodyTalk System is a unique modality that allows one to learn to live with a reactive substance, integrating it into your lifestyle, rather than avoiding it.
It's important to note that allergies and intolerances can vary in their severity and impact on individuals. If you suspect you have an allergy or intolerance, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and management. They can provide guidance on avoiding triggers, appropriate treatments, and potential dietary modifications.
What are Common Examples of Allergies?
Common food allergies encompass peanuts, tree nuts (like almonds and walnuts), shellfish, fish, milk, eggs, soy, and wheat. Symptoms vary from mild manifestations such as itchy skin and hives to severe reactions like anaphylaxis, which poses a life-threatening risk.
Hay Fever, or allergic rhinitis, arises from an allergic response to pollen released by trees, grasses, or weeds. Manifestations entail sneezing, a runny or congested nose, itching, and watery eyes.
Insect Sting Allergies can induce severe allergic responses in certain individuals when stung by insects like bees, wasps, hornets, or fire ants. Symptoms may encompass swelling, itching, hives, breathing difficulties, or even anaphylaxis.
Drug Allergies can be prompted by specific medications such as antibiotics (e.g., penicillin), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or anticonvulsants, potentially leading to allergic reactions ranging from mild rashes to severe anaphylaxis.
What are Common Examples of Intolerances?
Lactose Intolerance occurs when the body lacks the capacity to digest lactose, a sugar present in milk and dairy products. Symptoms encompass bloating, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and gas.
Gluten Intolerance, manifests as an autoimmune disorder triggered by the consumption of gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. This condition results in damage to the small intestine and presents symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhoea, fatigue, and weight loss.
Histamine Intolerance is characterized by difficulties in metabolizing histamine, a compound pivotal in the immune response. Ingesting histamine-rich foods like aged cheese, fermented foods, or alcohol can provoke symptoms including headaches, hives, nasal congestion, and digestive disturbances.
Fructose Intolerance denotes the incapacity to effectively absorb fructose, a sugar prevalent in fruits, honey, and certain sweeteners. This condition may induce symptoms like bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and gas.
What are the Common Reactions of Allergies and Intolerances?
Allergies and intolerances can elicit a spectrum of reactions in individuals. The symptoms and their intensity can vary from person to person and are contingent upon the particular substance in question. Here are several typical reactions linked with allergies and intolerances:
Allergies:
Skin Responses: Allergies may provoke sensations of itching, the appearance of hives (raised, itchy welts on the skin), rashes, redness, and swelling of the skin.
Respiratory Symptoms: Allergies have the potential to impact the respiratory system, resulting in symptoms such as sneezing, a runny or congested nose (allergic rhinitis), coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, and tightness in the chest.
Gastrointestinal Discomfort: Exposure to or consumption of allergens can lead to gastrointestinal symptoms including nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, or bloating.
Anaphylaxis: This represents a severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reaction. It may manifest as a sudden drop in blood pressure, difficulty breathing, swelling of the throat and tongue, rapid pulse, dizziness, and loss of consciousness.
Intolerances:
1. Gastrointestinal Symptoms: Intolerances frequently manifest as digestive issues. Symptoms may include bloating, abdominal pain, cramping, diarrhoea, constipation, gas, or nausea.
2. Headaches and Migraines: Some individuals with intolerances may experience headaches or migraines as a reaction to certain substances.
3. Skin Problems: Skin reactions, such as rashes, itching, or eczema, can occur in response to intolerances.
4. Fatigue: Intolerances can sometimes cause fatigue, lethargy, or a general feeling of low energy.
How does BodyTalk help with Covid-19?
BodyTalk Covid-19 Case Study
Client presented symptoms of: Whole body ache, headache, on/off fever, chills, indigestion, running nose, cough with green phlegm.
A distant BodyTalk Session was done in the afternoon.
Overnight the client had a fever. Client woke up feeling much better and more alive.
ART results also confirmed a negative result.
During the session we looked at the priorities the body needed to balance.
1. Improving the function of the memory B-cells (a type of immune cell) used to recognise the Covid antigen as it was under-defensive and hence not aware that the C+ lingering in the body needs to be killed. Immune function was optimised using the Body Chemistry Technique.
2. Balance the thymus to heart in order to kickstart and optimise the immune system when it comes to finding joy and support in relationships. The thymus is an endocrine gland that is closely related to our immune system and is in charge of producing T-cells (the T stands for Thymus) which works closely with the B-cells when it comes to eliminating invasive pathogens.
3. Strengthening the Wei Qi to protect from the anger emotion from other people and to set boundaries. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Wei Qi translates as defensive Qi or the immune system. The Wei Qi is an energetic field that helps to protect one against pathogens, emotions, electromagnetic frequencies, climate and many more.
Conclusion: As a result of the BodyTalk Session, the body ran a fever overnight as it needed to raise the internal temperature of the body to kill off the virus. The results are immediate.
Recommendation: The client was advised to perform the BodyTalk Access routine to kickstart and expedite the body’s self-healing process.
